2.5 BATHROOMS

SINGLE-FAMILY
This Detroit home needed more than a surface-level renovation. The interior was taken down to the studs, giving us the opportunity to rebuild the property around a more functional layout and completely renew the systems behind the walls.
From there, we framed a new bathroom, installed all-new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, replaced the roof, installed new vinyl siding, and added a privacy fence. Inside, the original hardwood floors were refinished, the bathrooms were upgraded with high-end vanities and fixtures, and a brand-new kitchen with quartz countertops completed the transformation.
