ELIJAH MCCOY – DETROIT
A DETROIT HOME,
REBUILT FROM
THE STUDs UP.
This 1,357 sq ft single-family home was taken down to the studs and completely rebuilt with a modern, functional layout, new systems, and carefully selected finishes throughout. The result is a fully renovated three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home designed for long-term value.

The Story
From a complete demo
to a fresh start.
This Detroit home needed more than a surface-level renovation. The interior was taken down to the studs, giving us the opportunity to rebuild the property around a more functional layout and completely renew the systems behind the walls.
We framed a new bathroom, installed all-new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and gave the exterior a complete upgrade with a new roof, vinyl siding, and a privacy fence. Inside, the original hardwood floors were refinished, high-end vanities and fixtures were selected for the bathrooms, and a brand-new kitchen with quartz countertops completed the transformation.
The result is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home that feels completely renewed while still retaining the character that made the property worth restoring in the first place.
